Home Users
Home Users present a unique challenge because of their vast diversity of each persons specific use of their PC. Because we have extensive experience in this area, we can zero-in on the problems and remedy them quickly.
Many times the issue is caused by Pop-Ups and Viruses. Malware and related issues are best fixed in our shop. Our diagnostic and repair software generally requires several hours to scan your system. While we can do this at your home, it is more cost effective to bring the computer to our shop.
At the shop we perform a full hardware diagnostic to insure that all components (hard drive, memory, processor etc.) are all working properly. Once we know that all hardware is good, then we can tackle the software.
We are also able to help with equipment in your home. We can set up wireless printing, laptops or workstations. If you are having trouble accessing the Internet, we can help with that too!
